Good News for Wisc Residents

For anyone living in Wisc. I just learned that on July 8, 2011, Wisconsin Governor Scott Walker signed Senate Bill 93 into law, making Wisconsin the 49th state to allow concealed carry for personal defense.
This new law called the 'Personal Protection Act' will take effect November 1, 2011. Prior to the passage of this bill, Wisconsin was one of only seven states which prohibited the possession, carry, and use of a stun device by a member of the general public. There will be a background check and some requirements; but it's a step in the right direction.
