Wisconsin Joins the Rest of the USA

Stun Guns are going to be legal in Wisconsin starting November 1, 2011. Now a person will have the right to defend themselves legally with a Stun Gun. Remember, a person doesn't have to actually use the Stun Gun, a lot of times, just firing the Stun Gun into the air will do the trick. I wouldn't want to test someone with a Stun Gun. These things can knock you off of your feet.
