Can we ship Pepper Spray or Stun Guns anywhere?
No, several states have shipping restrictions. Although Pepper Spray is legal in all states, New Jersey, New York, and Michigan, have restrictions. Stun Guns are illegal in HI, RI, IL, WI, and MI.
Can PayPal be used for payment?
No, we do NOT accept PayPal at this time.
How Do I Cancel or Change My Order?
Email or call us as soon as possible. Most orders ship within 2 business days. If you receive your order and there's a problem, please contact us ASAP and we'll correct the issue
Do we ship out of the U.S.?
No, many of our items are illegal in other countries. We only ship to the United States
When will my order ship and when to expect it?
We ship within 2 business days, some items are shipped via USPS, FedEx, or UPS. Travel time is usually between 4-8 days, depending on the shipping method. Also, weather delays and delays with the delivery company are out of our control. We will provide tracking and some of our items are shipped directly from our supplier. If you need it quicker, contact us.
Do we offer bulk discounts?
Yes. Many of our items offer discounts for more than a certain amount. If you're looking for a larger order, contact us and I'm sure we can make something work.
